Student Organization Resources
The most important resource for student organizations is the Guidebook, which is also published in hard copy and available in the Engineering Office of Student Affairs. It is the critical resource for student organization information at the University.
Room Reservations
For all room reservations, please be sure to know the date, time, preferred location, audience size and food vendor (as appropriate) for your event. With that information in hand, it should be easier to schedule your space. Please note that most classrooms (although not all) are free but fees may apply to particular spaces across campus. Be sure to inquire when making your reservation so that you can plan your budget as appropriate.
